Hi, my name is Mykia China.
A problem in my community that I want to change is the violence and the drugs. T he reason why I want to change that is because theirs is a lot of violence in our community and every day someone is getting killed, raped, murdered, and others things. It just not right how people are getting killed over stupid things and for no reasons. People can’t even walk down the street with out getting killed. It doesn’t make any since people need to make up their mind because it’s just going to come back on you and it’s and you will regret for the rest of your life. Then the next thing you know you’re going to be like did I just do that and you’re going to feeling really dumb about what you did. People need to think about their lives to because you’re taking someone else’s life away when they don’t deserve that. Every day I wonder if I will be one of those people getting killed. But I always pray that nothing won’t happen to me. And that’s one thing I want to change.
Another thing I wanna change is the drugs. I want to change that because people that doing drugs is a good thing, but it’s not. All drugs is doing is messing up your life. Everywhere I walk there are people on the corner smoking and selling drugs. It’s not cute at all. Older people should be setting examples for the younger kids. It’s a bad thing because people don’t even finish school because they are on drugs. Even kids from 4th grade and up are on drugs. It’s just sad to see people homeless or have nothing else to do with themselves.
