Well some ways i can used these LEADERSHIP SKILLS  is I can start to encourage  the kids more  like especially  DEVONTE by being honest with them.I can also  just let the kids there know when it is time to play & when it’s not time to play by being completely responsible with my given responsibilities such as being respectful while being in charge. Lastly i can be really generous. Like when they mess up on something we are working on just let them know that it’s o.k and they will do much better next time we do that or something similar to what we did. So thats like a couple of  LEADERSHIP SKILLS i can use at  Trevor’s place with the kids.

well so far for the beginning of the program i had doubts about the little kids at Treavor’s place.But after a while i actually started to like it. Like the kids there really like us alot,and unlike the you may meet outside they actually enjoy our company and yo tell you the truth we enjoy thiers.So for my expectations i hope that we keep on enjoying our program and that the kids dont get bored with us as we wont with them.And that we3 all last for the rest of the year.

Well on the most recent day at Trevor’s Place i think went well but it could have been better.I had a lot of fun interacting with the kids. From my point of view i believe that everyone had fun. The things we did at Trevor’s Place with the kids were like when we got there they were already working on homework so we help them finish that off. After that we just kind of chilled and played games. Even though there were a couple of kids that got a little out of hand we handled it. So it was cool and i cant wait to visit again.

Well because I don’t know much about the kids at Trevor’s Place I will tell you to the best of my ability why I believe it is important. I believe that it is important to help the kids at Trevor’s Place because it is a lot of kids in North Philadelphia that don’t have people that can help them with homework, look over them, or even play games with so I think that the Stay True Program looking over them like mentors is important. Also because even though they have parents that care enough to go out and look for a job, I think that they need us to help them with homework, or even tutor them in school subjects they might need help on. It’s important that they know they have a second choice instead of just giving up. So that’s why I think us as a whole makes it important that the kids at the Trevor’s Place have the help or second choices they may need.
